Covid Entry Policy


Broadbery Entertainment Group continues to monitor the Covid-19 pandemic and abides by CDC and government protocols. By purchasing tickets to our events, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include but are not limited to wearing a mask, providing proof of vaccination, and/or providing proof of negative covid test. You are responsible for checking your email for updates to our Covid-19 policy that affect attendance at your show.


As of March 7, 2022 there will no longer have a blanket covid entry policy for all shows, following CDC guidance for relaxing safety measures based on local/Regional data. If an artist  prefers to keep tye previous policy (vaccination or negative covid test within 72 hrs), it will be clearly notated on the ticketing page. It is up to each ticket purchaser to understand the requirements for entry to each show.

To ensure the safety of our patrons, staff and artists, Broadberry Entertainment Group is closely following CDC guidelines and recommendations to prevent the spread of Covid-19. As a result, the format and/or capacity for shows is subject to change at any time without advance notice.

*Please note: The above policy applies to Richmond Music Hall but not Capital Ale House restaurants. 


Brown’s Island does not have a blanket Covid Safety Policy for events. Any and all entry requirements for concerts are at the discretion of the artist. Please check the ticketing page for the specific event to learn about Covid protocols.

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Outdoor shows are rain or shine.

Cancelations and Postponements:  If a show is canceled, all online ticket sales will be automatically refunded by the ticketing company.  If a show is postponed, all ticket sales will be automatically transferred to the new date. When the new date is announced, ticket holders will receive an email with information and will have 14 days to request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Tickets purchased after the new date is announced will not be eligible for refund.

If you purchased a ticket at our box office and the show is canceled, please send an email to [email protected] and include the name of the artist, date and venue.

Any tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling are subject to cancelation. Opening acts, door times, and set times are always subject to change. Please check our website and your email for updated information before attending shows.
