Host your next meeting, team training, live stream presentation, or off-site meeting at The Broadberry.

With much flexibility for daytime events, The Broadberry has everything you need for a minimal lift, turn-key event with your team. Our in-house A/V set up is ready upon arrival for your presentation or meeting.

The whole team can’t make it? Don’t worry! Our Live Stream capabilities allow you to broadcast your meeting across the globe via Zoom, Teams, or on a public or private YouTube stream. 



Need multiple spaces? The Broadberry has a half-house curtain and a patio that allows for three unique set-ups within the venue at one time. 



What’s included? We can include any and everything you need including:

  • Tables & chairs for seated events or breakfast/lunch.
  • (5) In house projectors/screens or TVs mounted around the venue (One on the stage, 4 near the bar)
  • All equipment needed to Live Stream including up to (3) camera angles, audio equipment, and video director.
  • Water, soft drinks, and coffee service- Breakfast, lunch, or dinner catering can be provided by any of our preferred catering partners.

: Our pricing is flexible depending on your set up needs, the length of the event, and the number of attendees. 

  • Rent: $1,000 (for events M-F between 7am and 4pm)
  • Audio/Visual Technicians: $400
  • Event Manager: $250
  • Live Streaming Fee: $500 (includes all hardware, software pending desired platform, and staffing)
  • Event Staff: ~$200 (varies based on size, length and scope of event)
  • Tables: (5) high top tables and up to (20) 6′ tables are included in the rental fee
  • Chairs: 75 chairs and 40 barstools included in the rental fee
  • Projectors and Screens: use of stage projector/screen, bar projectors/screens & TVS included in rental fee
  • Half-House Curtain: Included in rental fee
  • Catering: You are welcome to bring in any caterer you prefer for snacks and meals. We are happy to connect you to our preferred catering partners. If access to our kitchen or kitchen equipment is needed, a $250 kitchen fee will apply. 
  • Additional Rentals: Do you need place settings, drinkware, additional tables? No problem! We can assist in the rental of other equipment as needed from one of our preferred rental partners.
