Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available via Etix at LiveLoudVA.com, Plan 9 Records in Carytown, at The Broadberry during a show, or you can visit any Pop-Up Box Office. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from any other location. 

Something came up and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered if a show is canceled.

I can’t find my ticket. What do I do?
Search your email for eTix. Subject line will say, “Thank you for your purchase.” If you still cannot find it, please email [email protected] and we can re-issue your ticket.

Do I need a ticket for my child?
Children 5 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

I’m traveling to the concert. Where should I stay?
We recommend The Hilton Richmond Downtown, located nearby at 501 East Broad St.

Where should I eat dinner or grab drinks before and after the show?
Casa Del Barco, located just down The Canal Walk at 320 S. 12th Street, is our Official Before-And-After-Show Destination!

What happens if it rains?
All concerts are rain or shine. Small personal umbrellas and ponchos are permitted. If there is severe weather, the island will be evacuated and you are encouraged to seek shelter in a local business or your vehicle. When it’s safe to return, we will email you at the address you provided when you purchased your ticket and post on our Instagram.

Where can I park at Brown’s Island?
Parking is plentiful near Brown’s Island. There is some free street parking, and there are many paid public parking lots, including a lot at the American Civil War Museum, The Federal Reserve Deck between 5th and 7th Streets, and surface lots along Cary/4th/Dock/5th Streets. 

If I am using a ride share, what address should I use?
501 Tredegar Street. This will drop you off at the end of 5th Street right at the main gate.

How do I get onto the island?
Our main box office is located at the 5th Street Entrance. The Fast Pass Entrance is located at the 7th Street bridge.

Can I park south of the river and walk across the Potterfield Bridge?
Totally! You will be slightly rerouted off of Brown’s Island, and then down Tredegar St to enter through the main gate at 5th Street

Can I bring in a chair?
Chairs and blankets are allowed. Tents, staking, canopies, or LARGE beach-style umbrellas are not allowed.

Can I bring in a bag?
For the safety of all attendees, bags must be clear and no larger than 16″x16″x8″. Small handheld clutch-style wallets will be allowed. Small is defined as roughly 8.5″x5.5″x1″.

Can I bring in a water bottle?
You may bring in ONE un-opened bottle of water no larger than 32 oz. There is a water refill station near the Boatman Statue between the 5th and 7th Street entrances.

Can I bring in food or snacks?
Outside food and drink is not permitted. 

Do you serve food and drinks?
There will be multiple food vendors as well as a bar serving beer and canned cocktails.

Can I bring in my camera?
Professional cameras are not allowed.

What is the difference between a Rapids and Lawn ticket?
At some concerts, the viewing area is split into two sections. The Rapids is closest to the stage and the Lawn is behind that. You may move from the Rapids back into the Lawn, but those with Lawn tickets may not move forward into the Rapids.

I bought a Casa Del Barco Fast Pass, where do I go?
The Casa Del Barco Fast Pass entrance is at 7th and Tredegar Streets. It is NOT ADA Accessible. If you purchased a fast pass but have ADA needs, please email [email protected] and we will assist in accommodations.

I have a ticket to the SouthState Sunset Plaza, where/what is that?
The SouthState Sunset Plaza is located on the riverside of the island, to the right of the stage. You will get a wristband at the gate when you enter. If you are unsure where to go, ask any staff in an orange LiVE LOUD shirt. There is a bar and dedicated toilets at the SouthState Sunset Plaza. While in the SouthState Sunset Plaza, you will also have direct access to the Rapids section.

Where is the ADA section?
We are happy to accommodate any ADA requests. There is an ADA section along the aggregate sidewalk on the riverside of the island. If you have any questions, please ask any staff in an orange LiVE LOUD shirt. You can also email us ahead of time at [email protected] for specific needs/requests.

What if I need emergency services?
We always have EMS on site. If you are hurt, or if you see someone else who needs assistance, notify the closest Live Loud staff member. 

Can I leave and come back?
Sorry, there is no re-entry.
