Refund Policy

Due to Covid-19, live entertainment worldwide is postponed or canceled. We are working tirelessly to make sure that all previously scheduled concerts rock as originally intended! Keeping safety as a top priority, there may be circumstances under which the original concert date passes while the artist and the venue are still working to secure and announce a rescheduled date. When an artist officially announces a cancelation, all ticket holders will automatically receive a refund within 7-14 days. For postponed shows, when the new date is announced, all ticket holders will receive an email notification with information about the rescheduled event and all tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. If customers are unable to attend the new date, a refund can be requested for 14 days by emailing [email protected].
