With a large, dividable, and flexible floor plan The Broadberry is well suited for a variety of events.
RENTAL FEES:
Saturday – $2,500
Friday – $2,000
Sunday – $3,000 bar minimum (no rental) OR $1,000 rental
Catering: You are welcome to work with any caterer you prefer for anything from seated dinner service to light hors d’ouerves. Upon request, we are happy to connect you to our preferred catering partners. If access to our kitchen or kitchen equipment is needed, a $250 kitchen fee will apply.
ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY:
$250 management/administrative fee
$250 Kitchen/Outside catering fee
$800 Production Fee (use of stage, sound, lights, and equipment, including technicians)
Hourly Staffing fees based on the nature of your event

Production:
As a full-scale music and entertainment venue, The Broadberry has many assets in house that are available during private and special events. A full PA system with wired and wireless mics, a full stage lighting system, projectors, and more are all on site and available for your event’s needs.
Seated? Standing? NO PROBLEM!
The Broadberry can accommodate a variety of event set ups from seated in chairs theater style, seated at tables, a hybrid, or full standing!
Bar Options: The Broadberry offers a number of options for Drink packages during your event. All packages are charged based on consumption.
- Open Bar – Your guests are welcome to all the beer, liquor, wine, and soda options The Broadberry has to offer and the price is by consumption. We will work with you to get a solid price estimate going into the event and can even set a limit for when to cut the open bar off (switching immediately to cash bar so the party never stops!).
- Limited Open Bar – We will work with you to pair down the options to whatever makes the most sense for you and your guests. That may be 2 draft beers, 2 wines, house liquor, or a few bottle beer selections. The options are endless! Similar to the full open bar, we will get you a price estimate going into the event and can set a limit for when to cut the limited open bar off (also switching to cash bar then).
- Cash Bar – Your guests are welcome any of the beer, liquor, wine, and soda options The Broadberry has to offer. They will be responsible for their own tabs.
***All drink packages have state and local taxes (13.5%) and gratuity (20%) added to the final bill. All minimums are PRE-TAX***
